What makes Proptech AI unique?
Most outbound calling services hand you a name and a number. We hand you a seller opportunity that's already been through two layers of verification: an independent AI review of the call recording against your criteria, and a dedicated Acquisitions Manager — who you personally interview and approve — who negotiates the deal with the seller before you ever have to.
When do we refresh our data?
we are doing it on a weekly basis (not monthly as other competitors) to make sure you get the most recent contacts.
What is AI Quality Validation?
Every seller opportunity we accept is independently checked by AI: we transcribe the call recording and compare what was actually said against what got submitted on the form, flagging any mismatch — for example, if the form says a seller "wants to sell fast" but the recording sounds hesitant. It's a second, unbiased opinion layered on top of our standard review.
Who is my Acquisitions Manager, and can I choose them?
Yes. Once a seller opportunity clears AI verification, it goes to a dedicated Acquisitions Manager who negotiates price, terms, and contract structure directly with the seller. You interview and approve your Acquisitions Manager yourself before they ever work a deal for you.
How do I access my Client Portal?
Your Client Portal login is available from the top of every page on our site, as well as in your onboarding email. From there you can see real-time campaign dashboards, call recordings, seller opportunity status, and message your team directly.
When do we refresh our data?
Weekly — not monthly like many competitors — so the seller opportunities and lists you receive stay current.
How can I be certain you provide real, live lists?
Take the first step and try it yourself — we're confident once you see a sample of our verified seller opportunity.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with a seller opportunity?
If a seller opportunity doesn't match your campaign criteria, you can dispute it directly from your Client Portal. Every disputed or AI-flagged lead is reviewed — see our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for two weeks' written notice before cancelling or pausing service, since campaigns and staffing are scheduled in advance. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
