All sales of virtual assistant services provided by Proptech AI are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any virtual assistant services purchased.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

Given the nature of our virtual assistant services, which involve time-sensitive tasks and dedicated resources, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. Lead Disputes & Replacement Credits:
 

While all sales are final and no cash refunds are issued, leads disputed through your Client Portal or flagged by our AI Quality Validation as a poor campaign fit are eligible for review. If a dispute or AI flag is confirmed, the lead may be replaced with a new one at no additional cost, at our sole discretion. Replacement credits are the exclusive remedy for disputed or flagged leads and do not constitute, and are not convertible to, a cash refund.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

All virtual assistant services provided by Proptech AI LLC, including but not limited to outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting, Niche lists, Skiptracing, are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased, the transaction is considered final.
