- Call and connectivity data, such as the numbers called, the time and duration of calls, and call recordings.

- Text message opt-in records: when you agree to receive text messages, we record your mobile number, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the web page or call where you agreed, as proof of your consent.

2. How We Use Information

- To provide, operate and improve our services, including outbound calling, appointment setting, sales support and account management.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry or your account, including text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To send you information about Proptech AI services where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
- Proptech AI LLC does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties.

- We share information only with service providers that help us run our business and deliver our services, for example our messaging and telephone providers, hosting providers, payment processors and the AI tools described below. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- We may use advertising tools, such as Facebook, to show our own advertisements online. These tools do not receive your mobile number or any text message opt-in information.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

- If you opt in to receive text messages from Proptech AI, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive: account notifications and customer care messages and, if you agreed, messages about Proptech AI services and offers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@proptechnologyai.com.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers).

5. AI and Third-Party Processing

- Call recordings and related information may be processed using artificial intelligence tools, including transcription and quality-verification services, to evaluate whether a record matches a campaign's criteria.
- These AI tools may be provided by third-party vendors under contract with Proptech AI LLC. This processing is used only to deliver and improve our services and is never used to sell your information.

- We use security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
- Communications over the internet (such as emails) are not secure unless they are encrypted.
