Proptech AI provides AI -powered lead generation services for real estate investors, including cold calling, skip tracing, appointment setting, AI-based lead quality validation, and Acquisitions Manager deal negotiation. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Services Provided

Proptech AI LLC provides cold calling, appointment setting, skip tracing, AI Quality Validation, and Acquisitions Manager negotiation services. Clients can choose from different plans based on scope, campaign volume, and included services.

4. Payment

Fees are outlined in the selected plan, proposal, or agreement and must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refunds and lead replacement credits are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

6. Service Cancellation or Pause Notice Requirement

The Client agrees that in the event of a cancellation or temporary pause of services provided by Proptech AI LLC, a written notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended date of cancellation or pause. Failure to provide this notice will result in the Client being liable for payment for the services scheduled within the two-week period following the notice, regardless of whether the services were used.

7. Call Recording & Telemarketing Compliance

Proptech AI LLC records calls made on behalf of clients for quality assurance, training, and AI-based lead verification purposes. By engaging our services, the Client represents that its campaigns, lead lists, and calling practices comply with applicable telemarketing and call-recording laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state consent requirements. Proptech AI LLC takes reasonable steps to comply with such laws but is not responsible for a Client's own list sourcing or consent practices.

8. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Proptech AI LLC agrees to handle client data, including call recordings and transcripts, with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties except as needed to deliver our services (including AI processing described in our Privacy Policy). Upon cancellation, client data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Proptech AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

10. Visitor Communications & User-Submitted Content

Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is legal and not obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post or submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Proptech AI LLC for all claims resulting from content you supply.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a message or other content. Proptech AI LLC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

By sharing or submitting content or material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Proptech AI LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use this content or material in connection with the services we provide. You grant Proptech AI LLC the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content or material if we elect to do so.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All Proptech AI technology, software, models, and content remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the services, submit unlawful data, or attempt to reverse-engineer our technology.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

14. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or any other policies or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Casper, Wyoming.
